Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery from your order page or by emailing [email protected].

Fees

A $8.50 return label fee and a 15% restocking fee are deducted from the refund. We waive both fees when an item arrives damaged or defective, or when we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method and email you a confirmation. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund the item.

Wholesale orders

Returns on wholesale orders follow the terms on the invoice.
